Night Prayers - Compline- Join us on Wednesdays at 8pm for our Nighttime Prayers, known as Compline. Compline is the last of the four services in the Daily Office (BCP, p. 127). It is descended from the night prayers said before bed at the end of the monastic round of daily prayer. Join us for prayer via Zoom: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/3141835668. The service lasts about 10 minutes.

Bible Study on Romans - Come and join us for an in-depth study of Paul's Epistle to the Romans. The study will take place upstairs at Canterbury at 5pm on Fridays. For more information about our Bible study, click here.
Drive-in Movie and Dinner - Join us at the drive-in movies at Stars and Stripes Drive-in. We will gather at Canterbury's parking lot at 7pm and then carpool to the theatre. Canterbury will cover your movie ticket and your meal at the famous restaurant at the theatre. Movie: School of Rock.

TTU Football Fundraiser: TTU v. SFA - Saturday, September 11 - One of the ways that Canterbury supports our ministry is through a variety of fundraisers each year. Please sign up for these fundraisers so that we can have funds to go on trips and do fun things. Today, we will be selling parking for the football game. We will meet at Canterbury two hours before kick-off and will finish up just after kick-off. You will still have plenty of time to go to the game. If you are helping, please make sure to prepare for the weather. Hot days can be really hot, so make sure to bring a hat, sun screen, water, and cool clothes. On cold days, make sure to bring jacket and arrive early so that you can make some hot chocolate, tea, or coffee to keep you warm. Time: 3:30pm

Eucharistic Ministry Training - All lay readers and Eucharistic Ministersmust be trained by the chaplain and licensed by the bishop EVERY year beforeserving at the altar and before reading. If you are interested in serving during our worship service, please come today at 4:30pm. We will meet in our worship space.
Sunday Worship at Canterbury - Join us for worship at 6pm at Canterbury Episcopal Campus Ministry at Texas Tech. Our address is 2407 16th Street. We are located just one block east of campus. We will share a home cooked meal served by the wonderful Episcopalians from St. Christopher's. This week, are meal will be soup and cornbread! We look forward to worshipping with you! Leadership Meeting - September 12. We will have a leadership meeting at 8pm, following the service and dinner. All students are invited to attend, but the leadership is asked to make every effort to attend this meeting. If you have any items to be placed on the agenda, please send those items to the student president or the chaplain before Sunday.

Taizé Contemplative Prayer Service - September 19 - Join us for a Taizé Contemplative Prayer Service at 6pm at Canterbury Episcopal Campus Ministry at Texas Tech. We will share a home cooked meal following. We look forward to worshipping with you! Taizé Prayer is a simple, meditative form of worship, calling us to dwell deeply on Christ's presence around and within us. Mantra songs (like "Jesus, Remember Me"), prayerful silence, and short readings guide the focus of the prayer in a candle-lit environment.
